Order Delivery and Pick up in the Cayman Islands

100% of orders are prepared and ready for delivery or curb side pickup one business day after the order is received. Delivery fees apply and here is the breakdown:

  • SEVEN MILE BEACH: The Wharf Restaurant to the Kimpton Seafire Resort is $10.00
  • WEST BAY: North of Kimpton Seafire Resort to West Bay is $15.00
  • GEORGE TOWN: Traveling east to Spotts dock and George Town traveling west to the wharf restaurant is $10.00
  • SAVANNAH: Spotts Dock to Countryside Shopping Village is 10.00
  • BODDEN TOWN: East of Countryside Shopping Village to Cox Lumber in Bodden Town is $15.00
  • Orders $500.00 or more is delivered for free island-wide.
  • Curb side and In-store Pickup is Free

    Vy’s Closet is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, if your order is received on these days, will be delivered within 48 hours of reopening for normal business operations. If Vy’s Closet experiences high volume for example during online sales delivery may take up to 72 hours (3 days). If delays occur Vy’s Closet will contact you by phone or email to update you on your order. You will receive a phone call confirming delivery instructions once your order is ready for delivery.

     

    Curbside or In-Store Pickup

    All orders received will be prepared and ready for curbside or in-store pickup one business day after the order was received. Clients will receive a phone call to confirm items ordered, payment will be confirmed by phone and a pickup time assigned. Vy’s Closet is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. If your order is received on these days your order will be delivered within 48 hours of reopening for normal business operations. If Vy’s Closet experiences high volume for example during a special promotion or sale delivery may take up to 72 hours (3 days). If delays occur, Vy’s Closet will contact you by phone or email to update you on your order.

     

    Shipping

    We will ship orders outside of the Cayman Islands to other Caribbean destinations using the Cayman Islands Postal Services (CIPS) flat rate fee program. Shipments outside of the Cayman Islands require a minimum order value of KYD$150.00. The CIPS flat-rate service ships to most jurisdictions within 10 business days and up to 20 days far-reaching areas of the world. The fees assessed by the Cayman Islands Postal Service accommodate packages up to 22 pounds. Vy’s Closet will charge the actual postal service costs with no additional feed. Here are the approximate postal service express package programme options; The CaymanKind Global costs KYD$25 - $32 or USD$30 - $38 and the CaymanKind Global Express at a cost of KYD$40 – $50 or USD$46 - $60. You will receive a tracking number once posted and all packages are processed with CIPS on Saturday of the week ordered.

    The order will ship with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU). Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client receiving the shipment into their home country. Vy’s Closet will facilitate shipments primarily within the Caribbean. In exceptional circumstances, we will facilitate to other regions across the world at the expense of the customer.
