Refund policy
Vy’s Closet does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our stores online or at our physical location. All sales are final.
Inspect all details: Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. If you are unsure of your bra size, please call our boutique 354-943-2727 for a virtual fitting or as an existing client check your size saved in our database. There are brands that have difference size structures featured on our website and the Vy’s Closet team is on hand to assist you with ordering the correct size from our online shop.
WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? YOU MIGHT ASK….
Because you do not want to wear clothes someone else wore, even its just once. This has been our position since opening in 2012. The type of garments we offer - intimate apparel in the forms of bras, panties, shapewear, pyjamas, loungewear, and sexy lingerie; these are all item which is the closest garment you can wear on your skin. We maintain the strictest philosophy on this as a leader in lingerie located in the Cayman Islands.
Once again – All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours to contact us with any damage or errors to your order. The items will be inspected upon return as assessed. Once determined that the items are damaged; we will email you regarding store credit. All damaged items must have tags still intact and on the garment. Refunds are not offered by Vy’s Closet. The value of the damaged item less fees such as delivery and convenience fees; items will be given as store credit to a future purchase. Once the 24 hours notice period has expired following delivery of your order, this provision to flag damaged items to Vy’s Closet expires permanently.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and accessories). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items or give store credit for damaged items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The final payment value less exclusive of fees such as delivery or convenience fees on damaged items will be given as store credit to a future purchase. Once the 24 hours expired following delivery of your order this provision to flag damaged items to Vy’s Closet expires permanently
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Should your item arrive damaged we will offer you an exchange for the exact same item or similar. Refunds are not offered by Vy’s Closet the value of damaged items will be given as store credit to a future purchase. Once the 24 hours expired following delivery of your order this provision to flag damaged items to Vy’s Closet expires.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, Sale items cannot be refunded.
